1. About these terms

This website is operated by Plant Mama L.L.C-FZ (“Plant Mama”, “we”, “us”), a Limited Liability Company (Free Zone) licensed by Meydan Free Zone, Government of Dubai under trade licence number 2533532.01, with its registered address at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of plantmama.ae and any order you place through it. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide — including the recipient's name, address and phone number — is accurate and complete.

3. Products and images

Our arrangements are made by hand from fresh, seasonal flowers. Product photographs are illustrative: the exact stems, tones and vase or wrapping may vary slightly from the image shown.

If a particular flower is unavailable on the day of delivery, we may substitute it with a flower of the same or higher value, keeping the style, colour palette and overall look of the arrangement. If a substitution would materially change the arrangement, we will contact you first.

4. Prices and currency

• All prices displayed on this website are in UAE Dirham (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Delivery fees are shown separately and are added at checkout based on the delivery emirate. Any discount from a valid promotional code is applied before payment.
• The total payable, including product price, delivery fee and any discount, is displayed for your confirmation before you pay.
• We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund of any amount already charged — where the item is unavailable, the delivery address falls outside our service area, the price or description contained an obvious error, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised use of a payment method.

6. Payment

We accept Visa and Mastercard payments, processed by our payment provider over an encrypted connection, and cash on delivery within our delivery area. All card charges are made in AED. We do not store or have access to your full card details.

The name appearing on your card or bank statement for online payments will reference Plant Mama.

7. Delivery and collection

Delivery times, areas, fees and minimum ordering times are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only. Our atelier is closed on Thursday, so no deliveries or collections are scheduled on that day.

Delivery time slots are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather or other conditions outside our control. Where the recipient cannot be reached at the address, we will contact the sender to agree how to proceed; additional attempts may incur a further delivery fee.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Orders may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 12 hours before the start of the selected delivery or collection slot. Full details, including how we handle quality complaints, are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Recipient privacy

When you provide a recipient's details, you confirm that you are entitled to share them with us for the purpose of fulfilling the delivery. We use those details only to complete the order, as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Care of flowers

Fresh flowers are perishable and their life depends on how they are handled after delivery. Please keep them in clean water away from direct sunlight, air conditioning and ripening fruit, and trim the stems every couple of days. We cannot be held responsible for deterioration caused by handling or conditions after delivery.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including photography, text, the Plant Mama name and logo, and the site design — belongs to Plant Mama L.L.C-FZ or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or disappointment arising from a delayed delivery. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
